Spa & Wellness at the Dorint City-Hotel Bremen

Directly in our hotel located in the basement you will find our Vital-Spa a fitness, sauna and wellness area.

Our Spa & wellness area offers a variety of wellness and sport options during your stay. Wether Finnish sauna, steam bath or snow basin we create a place of rest and ensure your physical well-being. A relaxation room and two seperate treatment rooms with private atmosphere, offers you also the opportunity to recover from everyday daily stress with an invigorating massage. Give yourself a moment of rest.

We kindly ask you to book your massage well in advance (at least 3 hrs. prior to your desired time).

In our gym we offer treadmills, cross trainer, an ergometer, rowing machine, various dumbbells and exercise balls.

Our fitness area is open for you 24 hours a day, the sauna area can be used from Monday to Friday from 4.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. and on weekends and holidays from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m..
